I remember my training days and a total reformation of a youngster into a rugged Soldier and a fine Gentleman after a period of dedicated training.All the credit with Salute of Honour to my Mentors, Field Trainers and Seniors who where my Alma Mater.
I would like to give the same degree of importance to the newly AZ licensed Drivers for whom obtaining AZ license is the ultimate and no training thereafter.
I personally feel that training of Truck Drivers should be an on going process divided into Pre and Post Training Sessions at a Training School Level .This way AZ Licence holder reverts back to the Class room for enhancement of his skills and Knowledge.
A mature, experienced, knowledgable and patience oriented Instructor is a blessing for Green Horns (new students). It’s also a responsibility of the students to look for these qualities before hand.
